Cairns - Is a  young, cosmopolitan atmosphere with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and entertainment, is a tourist destination with access to the World Heritage Great Barrier Reef (30 minutes by boat) and the tropical rainforests. A unique environment close to the beautiful tropical beaches and resort regions of Port Douglas and Palm Cove.

Townsville - The capital of North Queensland and a center for trade, government, health and education Located just 20 minutes from the coast and close to the mountains of North Queensland. Offers access to both land and sea attractions.

Housing

Housing at Townsville is in on-campus residence halls, most of which have mandatory meal plans. Housing at Cairns is in the Cairns Student Lodge, where students have a full meal plan, on-site computer lab and swimming pool. Other living options are available near the campus and northern beaches of Cairns or in the city.
